Badland Buggy reserves the right to verify the validity of any credit card, refuse any credit card order or decline any credit card transaction for any reason at our own discretion. Cardholder name & address must match the customer's name & address. Shipping expenses & applicable taxes will be applied to your credit card. Canadian residents add 7% GST. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping expenses will not be refunded. No warranty, expressed or implied, on any products.
