Our chief designer is a Certified Engineering Technologist registered with ASET - The Alberta Society of Engineering Technologists with over 12 years of industry experience. We have the knowledge, experience, credentials & resources to design proven off-road buggies. Our years of experience designing practical & cost effective mechanical systems gives you peace of mind in knowing you are buying a product which is very well designed & engineered.
Our buggies are engineered using the latest in 3D CAD (computer aided design) technology - AutoCAD 2002. With the aid of 3D solid modeling & sound engineering practices, we ensure our designs fit right & that our 3D construction plans are accurate.
Design:
Each structural chassis member is independently sized & selected to give you an optimal balance of structural stiffness & lightweight. Our quality construction plans provide industry standard detailed "shop drawings" & well crafted 3D views of sub-assemblies making your fabrication easy.
Testing & Quality Control:
We believe in quality. That's why field test our designs before selling the product. Our buggy designs & components are full scale prototyped & proven in real world applications. We have done our homework & stand behind our products. We only deal with reputable & experienced sub-contractors with years of practical industry experience.
