Ray's Ontario Sabretooth
This buggy was crafted by Ray Dube of Hearst, Ontario, Canada.  Ray's Sabretooth is powered by a liquid cooled snowmobile engine (don't the cc's or hp).  Ray's two sons have been driving their buggy all over Hearst & continue to attract attention of buggy enthuiasts wherever they drive.
In a letter to Badland Buggy, Ray wrote "...the blueprints (plans) are very easy to understand and work with..."
Ray used a single coil-over-shock set-up on each side of the rear suspension. Those ATV tires will surely grip the terrain too!
Above is the completed chassis, stripped down & ready for final painting.  Ray installed his radiator high above the engine for greater cooling & ease of installation.

Side photo is the chassis during construction.

Below photo shows the sliding seat mount, layshaft for the CVT drive unit from the snowmobile & also shows the motor mount with central driveshaft.  Packed inside (on the driveshaft) is the rear disc brake.
Ray uses Badland Buggy polyurethane bushings in his front & rear suspensions too.
